1. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). The extension operates locally in your browser and does not send any browsing or identity data to our servers.

Specifically, the extension:

• Monitors tabs to detect queue URLs from Ticketmaster, AXS, Skiddle, and Live Nation.
• Displays your queue position within the extension popup, stored locally.
• Offers a Gmail shortcut to access your 2FA code, without storing or transmitting any email content externally.

2. Gmail 2FA Feature (Optional)

If you choose to enable the Gmail 2FA feature:

• OAuth is used for temporary inbox access.
• Only the subject/body of your latest Ticketmaster email is scanned for the code.
• No email data is stored or sent externally.
• You may revoke Gmail access via your Google account at any time.

3. Affiliate Links

This extension may open a background tab to our affiliate landing page. This behavior:

• Occurs only when visiting supported Ticketmaster pages
• Does not interrupt or modify your browsing experience
• Helps support free development of the extension at no cost to you

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or analyze any user data.

5. Permissions

The extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• tabs – To detect queue pages
• storage – To cache your queue state and affiliate link timing
• identity and Gmail API scope – Used only if 2FA feature is enabled

These permissions are limited strictly to the required functions and never used to collect personal data.
